The Preschool and Elementary Ministry at Mission Church exists to create safe, engaging, and gospel-centered environments where children and families are introduced to Jesus and discipled for lifelong faith. This ministry serves hundreds of children and volunteers each year through weekly gatherings, special events, and strategic programming designed to support families and align with the mission, vision, and values of Mission Church.

We are looking to add a leader to this team who brings creativity, excellence, and a deep love for kids and families. This person must be relationally strong, organizationally capable, and passionate about developing volunteers and future leaders. They should view this role not simply as a job, but as a Kingdom-focused calling to partner with parents, equip leaders, and steward a thriving Kids Ministry.
